One athlete must do Rx, two athletes must do Level 2, one athlete must do Level 1.

Score = Total reps + Total calories (Mens calories will be multiplied by .9)

Add It Up

12 MINUTE WOD - 2 athletes work in the first 6 minutes, 2 athletes work in the second 6 minutes.  Athletes doing the Pull Ups/ Ring Rows & HSPU can do their set any time in their 6 minute window.

For total lbs/reps:

Clean lbs (all from the floor)

Shoulder-to-Overhead lbs (taken from rack)

Max Effort Pull-ups / Ring Rows x 7.5

Max Effort Strict Handstand Push-ups / Box Piked Handstand Push-ups x 15

Each athlete will choose one movement. More than one athlete can choose the same movement, in fact all athletes can choose the same movement if they want. Pull-ups and Handstand Push-ups are scored on one set. Athletes may hang from the bar on pull-ups or rest in the lockout position on handstand push-ups before continuing, but once the athlete drops from the bar on pull-ups or feet hit the floor on handstand push-ups, the set is finished. Clean may be Power or Squat. Shoulder-to-Overhead may be Split Jerk, Push Jerk, Push Press or Strict Press.

Score = Total lbs + Total Adjusted Reps (Ring Row score and Box Piked Handstand Push-up score may not exceed 200 for each. For Cleans and Shoulder-to-Overheads, mens weight will be multiplied by .8)

Shit Show

1 RX ATHLETE / 1 LEVEL 2 ATHLETE / 2 LEVEL 1 ATHLETES
