About This Competition

Singles on Saturday the 4th 9am to 3 pm

and team competition on Sunday the 5th 9am to 3 pm

Teams are not gender specific so pick your best partner!!

Partner 1 Holds a deadlift while partner 2 completes a round.  

After 1 round is completed partners will switch.  

6 rounds Total between the two teammates are to be completed.  

If the bar is dropped at any point during a round both partners will stop and complete

5 synchronized burpees before the bar can be picked back up and the round can continue

After both partners have completed "Grace" 

Partners will complete as many DU's as possible in the remaining time.  

Partner's will switch if the rope jumper stops or misses.

1 partner works on 1 round while the other partner completes max cal on assault bike

score will be two parts

Move odd objects 50 feet out and 50 feet back one at a time.

Athlete 1 will start with any object they choose sprint out to place object past the 50 foot mark sprint back and retrieve the next object until all 6 objects are past the 50' mark.  When athlete one makes it back to the start line Athlete 2 will then make their way back out to the 50' line to retrieve all objects and bring the back to the start line.

The partner not moving object will preform max effort burpees.  Each burpee completed will reduce the finishing time by 1 second.
