About This Competition
WOD on the Loch Fitness Festival Athlete Online Qualifiers 2023
Year 2 of WOD on the Loch Fitness Festival was an incredible success and year 3 promises to build on that once again as for 2023 we will be Scotlands official Licensed CrossFit Event.
Once again, Scaled, Intermediate and RX athletes will compete over 2 days all with the most amazing backdrop of some of the best scenery Scotland has to offer with events in our competition arena as well as off site events in and around the Loch.
The festival will have something for everyone with another amazing set of vendors, food trucks, licensed bar, and even bigger children interactive area.
But first we test athletes in the gym via our online qualifiers before earning the right to compete at WOD on the Loch Fitness Festival 2023

Workouts

This is simply the time for your final row.
If you got to the 4th round then it is your fourth row but if you for example finished your 3rd row in 1:43 so missed the time required to move on, along with only receiving a rep score rather than a time for part A you will then input that 3rd row of 1:43 as your Part B score.
In the chance you manage to get onto the 4th round but your 4th row ends up being SLOWER than 1:39, say 1:41 as you went all out just to get into the 4th round, then you must still input your final row of 1:41 as your Part B score, despite it being slower than your 3rd row.
