About This Competition
Es ist wieder so weit! Icke Wills Wissen, der interne Icke Team-Wettkampf von Ickes für Ickes am 07.09.2019.
Ein Team besteht aus zwei Frauen bzw. zwei Männern. Über den Tag verteilt wird es drei Workouts für alle Teams geben, für die Finalisten kommt vielleicht noch ein viertes Finalworkout hinzu.
Briefing mit allen Informationen zu den Workouts, Standards und Abläugen ist um 8:00 Uhr. Heat 1 der Frauen startet mit dem ersten Workout um 9:00 Uhr.
