About This Competition
Join us for the 8th annual "GANGS OF THE MID-ATLANTIC" team fitness competition. This competition is for teams of 4. There will be 3 events and a final event for the top 5 teams in each division. We will test all domains of fitness and teamwork. Teams will battle for the coveted GANGS SWORD. This event is a celebration of fun, fitness, and fellowship.

*All teammates must complete their set of thrusters before the first teammate pushes the sled. All teammates must finish their sled push before the first teammate can start the next round of thrusters.
** 1 second penalty for every 30 yards not completed and every thruster not completed in 20 mins.
