About This Competition

JJK Games

Same Sex of 3 competition will be held on Saturday 13th September at JJK Fitness


This is a functional fitness competition, NOT CrossFit (no gymnastics, snatches etc... however the RX division may have clean & jerk)


In-Person

£135 per team (£45 PP)



Competition Example schedule: 

08:00 - Arrive at JJK

08:15 - Athlete briefing 

08:30 - Warm up

08:45 - WOD 1 (HEAT 1)

09:55 - WOD 2 (HEAT 1)

11:45 - WOD 3 (HEAT 1)

12:50 - WOD 4 (HEAT 1)

14:30 - PODIUMS

Refunds

If you’re unable to compete within 72 hours of the event, refunds will not be issued. However, we’ll be happy to transfer your entry to a future competition.
