About This Competition

Velkommen til dette års Summer Games. I år vil vi prøve noget nyt og køre et 1 dags event istedet for 2 dage, som vi tidligere har gjort. Eventet vil blive afholdt d. 16. Juli 2022, hvor I har muligheden for at stille op i teams af 2, herre/herre, dame/herre, dame/dame.. I bestemmer selv!


Konceptet for vores Summer Games er, at vi skal have en super fed dag med CrossFit blandet sammen med et sundt og sjovt konkurrence-element, ligesom det første officielle CrossFit Games i Aromas i 2007.

Teamet må begynde når uret har talt ned fra 10. hver atlet på teamet fatter hver sin ende af rebet og gennemfører løberuten fra start, hvor rebet ikke må slippes. Efter teamet har gennem 1200 m løb skal teamet tilsammen ro 2400 m, hvorefter løbet gentages. Score er tiden det tager teamet at gennemføre wod.

Teamet må begynde når uret har talt ned fra 10. begge atleter står ved væggen og første atlet løber til racket og gennemfører hele wod'en og løber tilbage til væggen og klapper sin makker i hånden, som så gennem wod'en

En atlet løfter ad gangen. Det er tilladt at hjælpe hinanden med loade baren. Kvinder krediteres med 30% pr. løftet kilo. Hvert atlet tungeste løft ligges sammen og udgør teamets score. Det er tilladt squat eller power cleane, ligesom det både er tilladt at push jerke eller split jerke. Hvert løft skal godkendes af dommeren, før baren må føres ned fra OH.

Teamet må påbegynde når uret har talt ned fra 10. Teamet skal deles om antallet og meter

ligeværdigt. Det er teamets egen opgave at loade og kontrollere, at den rigtige vægt er på stangen.

Det må anvendes squat snatch, power snatch, split snatch og muscle snatch. Under wod er der

kun en atlet der må arbejde ad gangen.
