About This Competition
Same Sex Threes - Scaled, Intermediate and RX
Day 1 (April 12th) of our CrossFit competition will be dedicated to RX and Intermediate athletes, setting the stage for an intense and thrilling start to the event. RX athletes will tackle advanced workouts that demand high levels of strength, skill, and endurance, showcasing their elite capabilities. Intermediate athletes will also face challenging routines designed to test their progress and push their limits.
Day 2 (September 15th) of our CrossFit competition will be dedicated to Scaled athletes, providing an inclusive and encouraging environment for those newer to the sport or looking to build their confidence and skills.

Workouts
15 minutes to establish:
1RM Deadlift
1 barbell
100 Calories Echo Bike
100 Thrusters 30kg
E2MOM including the first minute: 8 synchro burpees (2 athletes)
15 minutes to establish max complex:
Clean, Clean, Front Squat, Jerk
1 barbell
21-15-9 Relay
Ski cals
KB swings 16kg
Relay style:
Athete 1 to complete 21 cals + 21 KB swings, then tag athlete 2 in to do the same, then athlete 3.
Repeat for second and third rounds.
Tie breaker is time taken to complete the first round
15 minute time cap.
Each team member to complete “Fran” in a relay
