A League of Their Own 6: A Women's Only Challenge
About This Competition
On Saturday, February 2nd, 2019, A League of Their Own: A Women’s Only Fitness Challenge returns for our 6th annual event where the ladies showcase their amazing strength, tenacity and camaraderie that only the women of CrossFit have to offer!
Grab your two girlfriends and join the roster of the Majors (RX) or the Minors (Scaled) divisions. Four workouts across broad time and modal domains will give your teams the chance to push through your weaknesses and show off your strengths!
Registration goes live at 12:00pm on Wednesday, December 12th, 2018.

All three athletes will be staged behind the starting line. At 3, 2, 1, Go, the first athlete will advance to the medicine ball where they will pick it up off the ground and run to the far line and back. They will then complete their set of wall ball shots and bar work. Once they complete their last repetition, they will pick the medicine ball back up off the ground, run to the far line and back handing it off to the second athlete. The second athlete will run to the far line and back. They will then complete their set of wall ball shots and bar work. Once they complete their last repetition, they will pick the medicine ball back up off the ground, run to the far line and back handing it off to the third athlete. The third athlete will run to the far line and back. They will then complete their set of wall ball shots and bar work. Once they complete their last repetition, they will run across the finish line where time is called. This will be their final time.

Sandbag Over the Shoulder (100lb)
All Athletes will be staged behind the start line. At 3, 2, 1, Go, all three athletes will move forward to begin working at each station. At the 2:00 mark, athletes will rotate in this order: Bike to Rower, Rower to Sandbag and Sandbag to Bike. The rotation must remain the same for the entire workout. Once two full rotations have been completed (4:00 total at each station for all athletes), time will be called. Rower calories, Bike calories and Sandbag repetitions will be added together for a total team score. This will be their final score.

3 Rounds for Time:
10 Synchronized Burpees Over the Bar
30 Clean and Jerks (95lb)
All Athletes will be staged behind the start line. At 3, 2, 1, Go, all three athletes will move forward to begin performing synchronized burpees over the bar. Once all burpees have been completed, the first athlete will step up to the bar to perform clean and jerks. The other two athletes must remain behind the line for safety. Each athlete is only allowed to perform 5 clean and jerks at time and the rotation must remain the same during each set of 30 clean and jerks. However, the rotation may change each round. Once the team has completed 30 clean and jerks, they must advance the barbell to the next section to signify they are in the next round prior to beginning burpees. If burpees are performed in the previous section, they will not count until the bar is advanced. This will continue until all three rounds are complete, at which point the athletes will run to the finish line where time will be called. This is will be their final time.
