DIVISONS:

Rookie Class ( True Scaled): This is for those that have just started their journey, or battling back to the realm of competition. You are scaling every open workout, still struggle with volume and some of the weights. We will heavily rely on The Open Scaling standards to indicate whether or not you should be in this division.

Amateur Class ( Intermediate Scaled): This class, was designed, because of the problem of those in between athletes. You know the ones that scale half the Open workouts, yet still love to hit weights, and some volume. You likely start to bail on the open, when handstands come your way, and higher gymnastics skills. You do have some TTB, pull ups, and like to move snatches that weigh 135/95 or cleans at 155/105 if the WOD is right. These are those that aren't scaled completely but not quite ready to take on RX.

Semi - Pro Class (Rx): This class is for those that have Rx'd all the workouts of The Open. Maybe not the best at gymnastics but can do a muscle up, bar and ring, chest to bars, and usually move decent weight. Max lifts usually include about 165 -225 on snatch and 225 - 265 on clean and jerk, all while being able to crank out around 10/7 handstand push ups. This is challenging, but no exactly a PRO just yet.

Pro Class (Eliltes): These are my Regional and sub regional athletes, that are looking for sponsorships, and looking for a career in the sport, or even just to see how you measure up against them! You should be able to do multiple gymnastics movements and be able to move the barbell pretty proficiently. Cash prizes and glory are found here and in the RX.

- THE ATHLETE MUST POSITION THE ROWER OR CAMERA TO BE ABLE TO SEE THE ATHLETE ROWING IN VIEW, PREFERABLY THE SCREEN AS WELL

- THE ATHLETE CANNOT USE ROLLOVER METERS TO COUNT TOWARD THE FOLLOWING ROUNDS

- IF THE ATHLETE IS FOUND IN ANYWAY TRYING TO CHEAT OR CREATE AN UNFAIR DISADVANTAGE, YOU MAY BE ASKED TO REPEAT THE WORKOUT OR MAY FORFEIT YOUR OPPORTUNITY FOR QUALIFYING POINTS IN THIS WORKOUT.

OVERHEAD SQUAT

- THE BARBELL STARTS ON THE GROUND.

- THE ATHLETE MAY SQUAT SNATCH THE BARBELL ON THE INITIAL REP, SO LONG AS THE ATHLETES HIPS CLEARLY TRAVEL BELOW THE TOP OF THE KNEE.

- THE REP IS FINISHED WHEN THE ATHLETE STANDS COMPLETELY UP LINING THE BAR HIPS AND FEET

- COMMON NO REPS ARE GOING TO BE DEPTH ON THE SQUAT, NOT OPENING UP THE HIPS AT THE TOP, OR DROPPING OR LOWERING THE BAR WITHOUT SHOWING COMPLETE CONTROL IN THE LOCK OUT POSITION.

-THE NO PART OF THE BARBELL CAN TOUCH ANY PART OF THE HEAD, OR ELSE ITS CONSIDERED A NO REP

-IF THE ATHLETE FALLS TO THEIR KNEES YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO SAVE THE REP, ITS A NO REP AND THE ATHLETE MUST START THE REP OVER FROM THE GROUND

-THE ATHLETE MAY NOT USE A RACK ( SOUNDS REDUNDANT AND OBVIOUS BUT WE CAN'T LEAVE ANYTHING TO CHANCE)

SCORES ARE DUE ON FRIDAY NOVEMBER 29TH AT 630PM MST
