About This Competition
Taking a break from our usual format, we are very excited to bring back our mixed teams of 2 event in september, introducing for the very first time, our masters category!
We understand that everyone has a life and responsibilities outside of the gym so we always run our events to allow for a wee lie in and an early finish to allow every day life to resume after getting that wee comp buzz we all love
Eda and eda masters will run in the morning and inters and inters master will run in the afternoon, exact times confirmed closer to the time when heats etc are confirmed!
