Everyday M/F: Clean 50kg/35kg, deadlift 70kg/50kg, ground to overhead 40kg/25kg, dumbellx2 15kg/10kg, plate 15kg/10kg, sandbag 40kg/20kg, butterfly sit up,
-single unders- at least one athlete.
Advanced M/F: Clean 70kg/50kg, deadlift 90kg/70kg, ground to overhead 50kg/35kg, dumbellx2 22.5kg/15kg, plate 20kg/15kg, sandbag 40kg/60kg,
-toes to bar & double unders - at least one athlete!

After completing Highway to Hell part A you will complete your Part B score of max calorie Row in the remaining time.
In 8 minutes you will complete as many rounds as possible of..
60 Single unders
20 Single Arm overhead DB lunges
10 synchro single arm DB snatch
5 Single arm Devils press.
All reps can be split however you like apart from the DB Snatch which must be Synchro reps.
DB weight:

12 minute time cap:
Athletes will complete 30 hang power cleans (35kg-F/50kg-M) reps can be split any way you like.
In the remaining time you will each find your 1 rep max clean weight from the floor.
30 Hang clean reps = Tiebreak
Combined 1 rep max = Score
E2MOM – 12 mins total
Min 0-2: 100m run + max reps DB Thruster
Min 2-4: 100m run + max reps Sandbag Clean
Min 4-6: 100m run + max reps American Kettlebell Swing
Min 6-8: 100m run + max reps Sandbag Over the Shoulder
Min 8-10: 100m run + max reps Double Dumbell Snatch
Min 10-12: 100m run + max reps 30m Sandbag Carry (15m out/15m back) each 15m=1 rep.
Score=total number of reps completed
