RX:​​​​​​ 1000m Row 100 Double Unders​​​​ 80 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls #53/35​​​ 60 Box Jumps #30/24​​​​ 40 Alt KB Snatch #53/35​​​​ 20 Bar Muscle Ups​​​​ Scaled: 1000m Row 100 Single Unders 80 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull #35/20 60 Box Jumps (or step up) #24/20 40 Alternating KB Snatch #35/20 20 Pull-ups - 15 min cap - Teams may share the work load however they would like, one athlete working at a time. - Athletes will advance stations together. - KB snatch can go from the hang AFTER the first rep, KB must come into contact on the back of the wrist/forearm to show a full rep. - Athletes may use their box, bumper plates, or their teammate to assist to the pull-up bar height. - Score is time finished or time + unfinished rep count.

AMRAP 15 minutes RX:​​​​​​ 9 Power Clean #135/95​​​​ 9 Wall Ball #20/14​​​​ 9 Toes To Bar​​​​​ Scaled: 9 Power Clean #115/85 9 Wall ball #20/14 9 Wall ball sit-up - Athlete one will complete a full round before tagging athlete two, this will continue for 15 minutes - The waiting athlete will rest at the barbell where they will be tagged prior to starting their round - Athlete will be responsible for making sure their wall ball stays out of other lanes and out of their way while performing toes to bar - Score is total rounds + reps completed
