About This Competition
2024 1UP Winter Games
1UP Fitness would like to invite Rx Individuals and Intermediate duo teams to take on our 1UP Winter Games one day competition. The 1UP Winter Games will feature 4 events in a 1 day live competition. All events will be held at 1UP Fitness in New Westminster. The events are designed to find the fittest in a broad range of movements and time domains to find the fittest on the day.
The Rx division will see common CrossFit Class or CrossFit Open weights and movements with some higher skill movements and heavier weights to test the more advanced level CrossFit athletes. As a general guideline, if you are thinking of registering for the Rx division you should have most of these weights / skills in your repertoire intra-workouts:
Snatch (185/125)
Clean and Jerk (225/155)
Deadlift (365/250)
Thruster (135/95)
Dumbbell movements (50/35)
Muscle-ups (bar or ring)
Handstand push-ups
Handstand walking
Toes-to-Bar
Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
Double-unders
Box Jumps (30/24”)
Rope Climbs (from the floor)
For the Intermediate pairs competition the prescribed weights and movement difficulty will still be quite challenging. As a general guideline, if you are thinking of registering for the Intermediate division you should be able to perform most of these weights / skills during a workout:
Snatch (135/95)
Clean and Jerk (185/125)
Deadlift (275/185)
Thruster (115/75)
Dumbbell movements (50/35)

Push-ups
Hanging Knee Raises
Double-Unders
Box jumps (24/20”)
