DISCLAIMER - We are in the grip of a global pandemic. We all know the current situation and how the Leisure and Events industries have been affected. As organisers, we are desperate to host this event and live up to the standards and expectation of the previous events we have hosted. However, we live in uncertain times. You are buying tickets to the event, in the knowledge that there is a potential for the event to be rescheduled. We have made contingency plans already and have a Second date in September booked with the venue, which these tickets will automatically transfer over to. We will do everything within our power to get the event to go ahead in April as planned. But we are at the mercy of the government and their potential restrictions. We will NOT be offering direct refunds if April gets rescheduled by something outside of our control, so please be aware of this before committing to your entry ticket. UPDATE- (15/06/21) All tickets have automatically been moved to the new dates of 25th and 26th of February, depending on category.

Workouts
On GO, starting at the beams, athletes run to collect their object and return to the beam. They place it down. athletes pick their object up and place it on the other side of the beam. This equals 1 rep. A rep is completed when both objects are on the floor simultaneously. upon completion of the first set of reps, athletes proceed to complete their shuttle sprints. athletes must run the required distance and a rep is complete when a high5 is achieved within the boundary of the beam length.
Continue until all reps are complete. Once the last rep of the last set is complete, athletes "buy out" by picking their object up, carrying to its original start position, returning to the beam empty handed, for one last HIGH5. Time is then called and the event is complete.
Row for distance. Athletes can swap a many times as they want. At least one swap must be made in the time frame
AMRAP 12
8 DB Thrusters
8 Burpees over the Beam
On go, whilst 1 athlete heads to the rower, the 2nd athlete performs 8 DB Thrusters and 8 Burpees over the beam.
Athletes can swap at any point, even during a set of thrusters.
Athletes can chose to perform as many sets as they want before swapping.
At least one swap must occur, with both athletes performing a minimum of 8 thrusters.
