WELCOME TO CROSSFIT ZION’S BATTLE OF THE BREASTS THROWDOWN. 

WHO’S INVITED!

EVERYONE!  If you like functional fitness then we want you! 

WHAT IS THE BATTLE OF THE BREASTS THROWDOWN?

This fundraiser event is for all types of fitness. Wether you are just a beginner or a seasoned veteran, the goal is the same - to raise awareness and help fight the battle some of our sisters are fighting against breast cancer.  Come join us - and lets battle for the breasts! 

TOGETHER WE ARE STRONGER?

Everybody knows some one that has or had breast cancer.  The battle is real and the strength of those that surround the fighter or survivor is key to winning the battle.  In honor and to raise awareness for breast cancer, we will be having an event to raise funds for those in our local community fighting and surviving. 

DIVISIONS AND DETAILS 

Itti Bitty's - For this division, if you have never competed in a functional fitness competition, or are newer at competing, then this division is for you. You can expect to see some cardio workouts with:

  • light kettle bell swings, some rowing, assault bike, jumping pull ups, hanging knee raises, lighter deadlifts , wall balls,  box step ups, push ups from the knees, air squats, and single under jump ropes, etc

HEFTY CHESTIES - For this division, you should expect to see similar workouts that you experience in the Crossfit Open such as:

  • Moderate to heavy barbells, Pull Ups - Snatches - Back Squats - Power Cleans Front Squats - Toes to Bar - Deadlifts - Regular Push Ups, Double Unders. Being that this is a team event, use each others strengths.

$300 per team - Shirt included with registration

Food Trucks, Raffle, and prizes!

Refunds:  Registration is transferrable, but not refundable.  

Work Outs Released: 1st one July 15th

  P3: max chin over Pull-ups

Rest 1:00 (change weights)

  P1: Bike 25 cal

  P2: 10 hang power clean, then hold in full extension

  P3: max C2B Pull-ups

Rest 1:00 (change weights)

Round 3

  P1: bike 25 cal

  P2: 10 shoulder to overhead, then overhead hold

  P3: max Toes 2 Bar

*each round is done when 25 cal are reached

Score 1: total time (cap 10 Min)

Score 2: total max reps on bar

      Pull-up, C2B, toes 2 bar
