2nd Annual Elite CrossFit Competition at Rock City Complete Fitness
Date: June 14-15, 2024
Location: Rock City Complete Fitness
Style: Teams of 2, Male/Female
Divisions: Elite, RX, and Intermediate
T-Shirt: Must be signed up before May 31st to guarantee a T-Shirt.
Cost: $250/team
WODS: Workouts will be released as we get closer to the competition date.
All podium spots will receive CASH Prizes!

2️⃣ Max Distance Handstand Walks (HSW) for RX; Max Wall Walks for Intermediate
Athletes can switch between the BikeErg and Handstand Walks (or Wall Walks for Intermediate) as needed to accumulate maximum reps and distance. Two scores will be recorded, measuring total calories on the BikeErg and total distance covered in Handstand Walks or number of Wall Walks.
