About This Competition
THIS YEAR WE ARE GETTING ALL MIXED UP!
SUMMER SERIES BRINGS IN TEAM OF 4 FORMAT!
2 MALES & 2 FEMALES.
AS ALWAYS WE DO IT BEST IN HOUSE! MAJORITY OF COMPETITIORS WILL BE FROM NWK AND WE HAVE A FEW INVITES TO SEND TO JOIN US FOR THE BIG DAY
As always we are here to have fun, workout and celebrate our fitness together!
Every year we get better and better!
We will of course release thew workouts in a RX form and you are able to scale down if need be! No matter your ability or no matter your fitness level you will be able to join in on this event!
TEAM ASSEMBLE!
You will be able to sign up as a Team of 4 Or you can sign up as a pair (2 Males/2 Females) and will will pair you guys up if you finsd it hard to get a Team of 4!

WATERFALL STYLE:
P1: 50 Calorie Row + 40 Box Jump Overs @24/20
P2: 50 Calorie Row + 40 Box Jump Overs
P3: 50 Calorie Row + 20 Burpee Box Jump overs (24/20)
P4: 50 Calorie Row + 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs
CASH OUT: 40 DB x1 Devils Press (22.5/15) 2 people Synchronised.
WORKOUT NOTES:
Team can go in any order.
P2 can start the row when P1 moves on and so on.
Teams can not start the DB Devils Press until the last person has completed the Burpee Box Jump Overs.
2 People must synchronise the DB Devils Press 1x22.5KG + 1x15KG - Chest on the floor at the same time.
WORKOUT A:
0:00-10:00: FOR LOAD
Establish an 1RM Clean & Jerk
10:00-13:00 REST
WORKOUT B:
13:00-25:00: FOR TIME
M1: 3 ROUNDS OF DT @50KG
F1: 3 ROUND OF DT @35KG
M2: 15-12-9 GTOH + PULL UPS
F2: 15-12-9 GTOH + PULL UPS

1 Person working at a time.
Any variation of GTOH is acceptable.
