About This Competition
Individual Box Throwdwon in Norddeutschland in Pinneberg bei Hamburg!
Seit 2016 gibt es den Buddy Cup, wer schon einmal dabei war, weiß wie grandios das Wochenende wird!
2 Tage, circa 8 Workouts, 70 Athlet:innen!
Am ersten Tag treten alle Männer in einem Starterfeld und alle Frauen in einem Starterfeld an.
Die Platzierung vom ersten Tag entscheidet, ob der:die Athlet:in am zweiten Tag in RX oder in Intermediate starten wird.
Am Ende küren wir die Buddy Cup Sieger in der RX und in der Intermediate Division!
Abgefragt wird alles - du solltest in den Open alle Workouts RX machen können. Die WODs an Tag 1 sind so ausgelegt, dass sie jede:r bis zu einem gewissen Grad machen kann.... ;)
Wir weisen darauf hin, dass beim Buddy Cup Fairness, Respekt und Wertschätzung ganz weit oben stehen - dies gilt im Umgang mit anderen Athlet:innen, den Zuschauern, dem Equipment und ganz besonderns gegenüber den Helfern! <3
