About This Competition

What is it?

- Charity fitness competition for the organization Face to Face.

- (1) Male + (1) Female, Co-ed Team Competition.

- 100% of proceeds go to the organization.

 

Competition Flow

"Waterfall Style"

- 10 min workouts/7 min rest (Transition Time)

 

Division Standards

RX:

Toes to Bar

Box Jumps 

Bar Muscle Ups = (Only 1 person needs to be able to do this)

Deadlift (1RM) = 365+lbs for men, 225+lbs for women

DB Squats = 1 X 50lbs for men, 1 x 50lbs for women

 

Scaled:

Toes to Shoulder

Pull Ups

Deadlift (1RM) = 225+lbs for men, 155+lbs for women

DB Squats = 1 x 35lbs for men, 1 x 25lbs for women

Covid-19

We will provide proper precatuions regarding Covid 19 in terms of cleaning equipment and facility between heats, social distancing, and protective wear for our judges and volunteers! 

 

*Events 3 & 4 will be outside. Dress accordingly

10 Minute AMRAP
30 Box Jump Overs
15 Toes-to-Bar
3 Bar Muscle Ups
*Score = Reps completed in 10 minutes
*Break up the reps however as a team

For Time:
3 Rounds
40 Goblin Squats (53/35)
10 Burpees Over Goblin

Score = Time Finished

*All movements are synchro.

*Teams must hit below parallel together and locked out at the top together.

*Burpees: Kettlebell Facing. Partners must have chests touching the ground together. RX must jump over their KB.

10 Minute AMRAP
400m Run (Athlete 1)
400m Row (Athlete 2)
400m Run (Athlete 1)
400m Row (Athlete 2)
then
Max Cal Echo Bike with remaining time

Score = Calories

*Teams will desiginate one runner and one rower

*After the 2nd 400m row athletes will switch back and forth on the Echo Bike accumulating calories in the remainder of the 10 minutes

 

Max Touch and Go Deadlifts
RX Men 365 lbs
RX Women 225 lbs

Score = Reps


*Each athlete will have 5 minutes to perform one scored set of as many touch and go reps as they can at their respective weights.
*Both athletes can change plates for warm-up sets and have as many attempts as they'd like to perform for their highest score.
*Athlete 2 will begin at the 5 minute mark.
