At the call of “3, 2, 1 ... Go,” Partners A & B will move onto the platform. One Athlete will complete for max load. The Athletes will be allowed as many attempts as they want within the 8-minute time cap. Attempts are allowed to be made in any order. At the 8-minute mark the barbell will be stripped of weight. At the 9-minute mark, Partners C & D will then have 8 minutes to find a max lift for clean and jerk following the same structure.
SCORING
The workout will be scored by total weight lifted. There will be a coefficient applied to female weight.

16-minute time cap
At the call of “3, 2, 1 ... Go,” the first Athlete A will move to the ski erg and perform 20/15 calories on the ski erg. Athlete A will then move to the barbell and complete 10 deadlifts, and then to the box to complete 20 box jump overs. The Athlete will then return to the bar to complete 10 deadlifts and finally to the ski erg to complete another 20/15 calories. The Athletes’ hands must remain on the handles and feet on the platform until the monitor reads the designated number of calories. After the ski erg has reached the required number of calories Athlete A will move back to the start line and will hand tag off to Athlete B. Athlete C and D will follow the same flow and tag off to the next Athlete.

Prior to starting, Athletes A/B must setup the Rack and bench with their starting weight on the barbell.
This workout begins with Athlete A/B standing behind the tape. After the call “3, 2, 1…GO!”, Athlete A/B will step over the line and will have 10:00 minutes to work towards their 1RM Bench Press. Once Athlete A has successfully lifted their 1RM, Athlete B will work towards their 1RM Bench Press.
At the 10:00 minute mark, team will have 2:00 minutes to clean and setup bench weights for Athletes C & D. After the call “3, 2, 1…GO!”, Athlete C/D will step over the line and will have 10:00 minutes to work towards their 1RM Bench Press. Once Athlete C has successfully lifted their 1RM, Athlete D will work towards their 1RM Bench Press.

Barbell Weight: 95/65
At the call of “3, 2, 1 ... Go,” Athletes will execute movements in order as written. Teams may not move onto the next movement until all reps of previous movement are complete. Teams may partition reps however they like however, however must be completed in ABCD order. Example, athlete A does 12 air squats, then Athlete B does 10, then Athlete C does 20, then Athlete D does 4. Must maintain waterfall format.
