WheelWOD Strong - Strongest Adaptive Athlete
About This Competition
This Event will be held online from April 2019 – 19th – 27th
This will test Strength and Skill in a series of Lifts and bodyweight movements. These movements will differ for each division. Cash Prizes for each division depends on registration for that division.
Scoring system to be used will be the Sinclair Formula
The divisions will be:
Upper Impairment
Lower Impairment
Visual Impairment
Wheeled
Neurological Impairment
Minimal or Temporary Impairment
Division Classifications and Movements are listed at www.wheelwod.com under competitions menu.
The Lifts being test per division differ and will be released at the end of the OPEN.
