Something a little different for Strong21- we bring you RUN & REP IT, a pairs event for the fit and strong!!
5 x 1km runs split up by varying tests of strength!
With no Burpees, no barbells, no gymnastics- teams will battle it out with some fun and exciting challenges

Workouts
On 3, 2, 1 GO! Athletes, in their pairs will head out of the gym and around the 1km course before returning to their lane to work through the first workout of 50 dumbbell shoulder to overheads. Once all 50 reps are complete, athletes head off for the second 1km run. Workout two; up and overs- involves climbing up and over a hurdle 40 times before the third 1km run. Workout three will see the athletes farmers carry two kettlebells over 400m distance, straight into the forth 1km run. The forth workout will test strength as athletes take on the sandbag for 30 sandbag cleans before the final 1km run. The fifth and final test will be 20 reps of sandbag over the hurdle from section two and a sprint race to the finish, fastest wins!!!!
