About This Competition

Welcome to THE 24AMRAP CHALLENGE 2022!

WARRIOR!

You are about to embark on a mission that will test your physical and mental capabilities like never before. In order to grow we must overcome. That is what the 24AMRAP Challenge offers: a transformative challenge for you, your team and your community. You will do this together with teams from all over the world in a unique global real-time team challenge. The 24-hour AMRAP Summer Challenge 2022 will be the 11th edition of our event. Hundereds of teams and thousands of athletes and supporters worldwide will battle each other in a 24 hour race in real-time. 6-man teams. 24 hours in your box. In a carrousel style fashion: 1 athlete works and 5 rest.

This is our summer edition. Enjoy the summer weather and perform this challenge both in and outside of your box. Just make sure you remain in one location, for example your box and adjoining parking lot. For the exact rules for this event visit our website at 24houramrap.com

EHOH

Every hour on the hour, 3 new movements are published in your dashboard. You need to complete 500 reps per hour with your team to stay in the race. After 24 hours the team with the most amount of total points/reps will win the competition. The winner takes it all: a huge trophy and eternal glory. For all event info and rules check out our website.

SCORING

Scoring is done online after each hour in your team dashboard here on the Strongest competition platform. Detailed instructions will be provided in time. All you need is a wifi or 3G/4G connection and all will be well. You need internet to see the new movements etc. Everything happens in your team dashboard.

SALES

Please note that all sales are final (no refunds) and are sold as team tickets. That means you register with a team name, you can switch athletes up to 24 hours before the competition. Your team must have at least two female athletes. All team captains MUST send in a complete list of all athletes 24 hours before the competition starts with clearly stating which athletes are male or female. Not having sent in a list of athletes may result in disqualification. Send the list of athletes to 24amrap@mail.com

REGISTERING YOUR TEAM

Register using your team name, that will also be visible in the dashboard. Questions? Drop us an email or hit us op on social. After you register your team you will receive a confirmation email. In that email you will see a link to your profile page where you will have access to your team and registration info. If for some unforseen reason your entire team cannot compete, contact us and we will see if we can move your team ticket towards the next event.

We look forward to working with you and yours. God's speed.

If you have any questions, please reach out to 24amrap@mail.com for assistance.

Workouts

Hour 1

Traditionally this is our "warm-up" hour. Choose 1, 2 or all 3 movements to complete a minimum of 500 reps in total with your team. You will work in a carrousel style fashion: 1 athlete is active while the other 5 are inactive.

The 3 new movements for every hour will be published in your dashboard just before the new hour starts.

Unless stated otherwise, all reps will be counted as 1 point. The Fallback Movement is Burpees which means 1 burpee always counts as 1 rep/point during the entire 24 hours.

If you want to win this competition we require that you can produce at least 15 minutes of unedited video footage for every hour of your team at work to verify rep count and movement standards. If you are the top team after 24 hours our Judges Team will contact you for that footage. At the end of each hour you will have 15 minutes to submit your score for that hour using the "submit score" button. Good luck!
