Bienvenue à la 5e édition de Pulsion

 

Vous retrouvez chez Estrie l’une des rares compétition où les équipes sont composé d’un homme et d’une femme, et qui est aussi ouverte aux adolescents. 

Encore cette année, jusqu’à 60 équipes mixte s’affronterons dans les 4 catégories suivantes :

 

MASTER 80+

Équipe composée d’un homme et d’une femme

dont l’âge combinés donne plus de 80 ans

 

MASTER 60+

Équipe composée d’un homme et d’une femme

dont l’âge combinés donne plus de 60 ans

 

OPEN

Équipe composée d’un homme et d’une femme

dont l’âge combinés se situe en dessous de

60 ans

 

TEEN/SENIOR

Équipe composée d’un homme et d’une femme,

dont un adolescent ou une adolescente de 17ans et moins,

ainsi que d’un sénior ou d’une séniore âgé de

30 ans et plus

 

STANDARDS

Un grand stationnement gratuit est accessible et près de nos installations.

 

Bien vouloir prévoir tout repas, breuvages et chaises. 

Il vous est également possible d’installer une petite tente ou chapiteau.

The score will be the amount of T2B completed and the tiebreak will be the time the 40 Cal are completed on the Bike.

200 M Run (Both atletes run)

Max DBall over the shoulder -

80lbs H 60lbs F/Teen homme 40Lbs Teen Femme

1 Athlete starts and completes 1 round of the complex, once finished, athlete 2 completes one round of the complex and then both athletes proceed to run 200m. Repeat 4 rounds. With the remaining time, complete as many DBall over shoulders in 9 MIN.

La Finale

For Time - Time Cap 10 Min

3 Rounds - Femme 150M row Homme 200M row par round(les Athletes son responsable de resetter le cadran a zero avant de debuter)

Apres le troisieme serie row de la femme, elle peux debuter les DBall lunges. L'homme peux egalement debuter les lunges quand il termine sa troisieme serie de 200m.

20M walking DBall lunge sur l'epaule - 80 Homme 60 femme et teen homme 40 teen femme.

20 Bar MU - open et 60+ / Scale C2B

20 C2B - 80+ / Scale Pull up

20 Pull up - Teen / Scale Jumping Pull up
