About This Competition
The Bua Bru Race is a high-performance competition for same-sex pairs, designed to meet the growing demand for standardized events where participants can push their limits, both physically and mentally.
With the competitive fitness industry seeing significant growth in events that combine strength and endurance, the Bua Bru Race positions itself to challenge both qualities in an exciting new format.
The event features a 60-minute standardized race style event, with the workload shared between both participants.
The Bru is a one-day same-sex pairs event taking place in Bua Naas, Unit W9H, Ladytown Business Park, Naas, Kildare.

What to bring?
Towels (in the event of rain), water and running/lifting attire. Owners are responsible for the safety of their own belongings. Non-essential equipment is not permitted on the floor and can either be stored in the charging areas provided or in owners vechicles.
Bua is not responsible for the loss and/or damage to any items during the event.
Parking
Parking is located at the front of our building in designated car spaces. It is advised to arrived at least one-hour before your heat. We advise those wishing to attend to drive with caution as running will take place.
Showers and changing Facilities?
Changing rooms, showers and restroom facilities are available on-site.
Warm up area?
A warm-up area will be made available 30-minutes prior to your heat time. You will not be permitted access prior to this time. Dropping/throwing of equipment etc in the warm-up area is not permitted, and may lead to your teams removal from the event.
When will heat times be released?
Heat times will be released three-days prior to the event, and teams will be informed via email.
