PRESCRIBED DIVISION:
Athletes in this division are expected to have performed all workouts in the 2023 Open as prescribed, without modifications or scales.
ALTERNATIVE/MASTERS (40+) DIVISION:
This division is for competitive athletes with only a few areas needing improvement. As a guide, athletes in this division should have completed all workouts in the 2023 Open as prescribed and/or scaled.
FITNESS DIVISION:
The Fitness division is ideal for athletes with 6 months to a full year of CrossFit experience. This would likely be one of your first live competitions if you plan on competing in the Fitness Division
