50 db thrusters 1 x 20kg/12.5kg or 15kg/10kg
30 burpees
In a 20 minute window perform the following lifts
- 5 rep max strict press
- 5 rep max back squat
- 5 rep max deadlift
Use the 20 mins how you please, multiple attempts at lifts are fine but standards like depth and full extension will determine if they qualify as a rep.
