Our very own TWA competition, especially for our members.

This In-house competition will consist of;

  • Same-sex pairs
  • 3 events and a final 
  • Rx workout options 
  • Scaled workout options
  • Choose scaled or RX option per workout
  • Prizes
  • Vendors

Workouts

40 Wall Walks For Time

Every 90 seconds complete:

Athlete 1: 12/9 Cal Bike

Athlete 2: 12/9 Cal Row

Into max effort wall walks in the remaining time.

1 minute rest between rounds.

 

Option A: 40 Wall Walks

Option B: 40 Half Wall Walks

 

All walks shared, however.

Time Cap: 5 Rounds.

 

Judges Notes:


Rower/bike must be reset each round.
 

To make counting and scoring easier, use the table below and record the number of wall walks completed at the end of each round.

800m Run (Relay Style)

40 Ring Knees to Chest

30 Synchro Kettlebell Swings (16/12kg)

30 Box Jump (or step) Overs - TIE BREAK TIME _______________

30 Pull-ups

 

Judges Notes:

MAKE SURE TO RECORD TIE BREAK TIME AFTER THE BOX JUMPS.

Synchro Dumbbell Goblet Squats

Synchro Bar-Facing Burpees

Time Cap: 8 Mins

 

Option A: Dumbbell 22.5/15kg

Option B: Dumbbell 15/10kg

 

Burpees may be step-over for option B.

At the 8-minute mark, 2 minutes of rest will begin.

You will go immediately into event 2B at 10 minutes.
