About This Competition

Pre-Open Competition (Individual Registration)

*OPEN TO EVERYONE (don't have to be a member of our gym)*

We are hosting an individual-style competition on April 30th, 2022.

WHO: Anyone (you don't have to be a member of All Level CrossFit)
- 5 different divisions:
1. RX
2. Scaled
3. Teens (14-16)
4. Adaptive (RX & Scaled)
5. Masters (40+)

🔸WHAT: A competition consisting of 3 events. This is an opportunity to brush up on gymnastics, weightlifting, and engine work before The Open hits.

🔹WHEN: Saturday, April 30, 2022. 8:00am check-in.

🔸WHERE: 1821 Provincial Rd., Windsor (All Level CrossFit)

🔹COST: Registration is $30. A portion of the registration fee will go towards the University of Windsor's Gloria & Carl Morgan Graduate Scholarship in Breast Cancer Research.

This scholarship was started by John Dufour in 2008 (Coach Steph's dad) to honour the memory of two of his dear friends, Carl and Gloria Morgan.

The scholarship is awarded to Masters or PhD students engaged in study in breast cancer research in any discipline through the University of Windsor.

We'll have the "breast" time!
