About This Competition

Year 9!
Crazy to think that 9 years ago we came up with this idea of TWBC and here we are still going.
This year will be a two day event. It'll be a same-sex partnership like years' past. Male/Male Rx, Female/Female Rx, Male/Male Scaled, Female/Female Scaled
The standards will go off of Prescribed CrossFit Open standards. Meaning, if you can Rx the Open, you should join the Rx here.

Early Bird (first 20) = $175/team
Regular Price: $200/team

This will be a 2 day event with Scaled running Friday night and Saturday morning and Rx running Late Saturday morning into the evening.

Our space is a bit small this year with being confined to the one side of our building. Therefore space will be limited to who can sign up. So get signed up ASAP if you want to compete! We are limiting the number of teams to 12 per division!

Refunds will be processed after all efforts to find a replacement has been made. After shirts have been ordered, refunds will be decided on a case by case basis. We are limiting sign ups this year so we want to make sure all spots are used.
