Requirements:
Competitors should be comfortable with movements like snatch, clean and jerk, muscle-ups, deadlifts, pull-ups, box jumps, kettlebell swings. and handstand push-ups.

Requirements:
Teams consist of 2 members (Same sex combination). All team members must be 18 years or older. Expect workouts that include synchronized movements, partner carries, and creative challenges that will require your collective strength and strategizing skills.

After completing 50-1-50
At the 15:00 mark athletes will have 8 minutes to complete as many ROUNDS as possible of the rep scheme hero workout “DT” with lighter load.
Score will be completed full rounds of DT. All rounds must be performed UNBROKEN to count towards your score.
For example, you complete All reps of deadlifts and Hang Power Clean but drop the bar on your 1st Shoulder to Overhead rep. That round will not count.

RX - Athletes will perform 15 C2B Pull-Ups
With the remaining time will find a 1 Rep Max Bench Press.
SCALED - Teams of 2 - Athlete will have 6 minutes to find a heavy 1 rep bench press each. At 3,2,1,GO... Athlete one will begin 15 pull-ups and proceed to his lift. After his 1 attempt, Athlete 2 will begin two will begin their pull-ups and proceed to their lift. That patter will continue for the remainder of the 6 minutes.
Score will be the combined weight of the heaviest lifts from each round.
