Your Mom's CrossFit Competition
About This Competition
CrossFit HSE is pleased to announce our first annual, functional fitness PARTNERED competition in honor of Mother's Day weekend. We will have Rx and Scaled divisions with partners being M/M, F/F or M/F.
The competition will consist of 3 workouts and a floater. Cash prizes and swag bags will be awarded to the Top 3 teams in each division.
We will have an indoor athlete "staging" area, as well as warm-up and spectator spaces.
Food truck will be present and drinks available for purchase, but athletes and spectators are also encouraged to bring their own food and drinks of any kind.
Parking will be located around the lot at our building, and off-site location as well.
No pets please. Parent's are responsible for children.
There will be a "no refund" policy but athletes will be able to substitute partners if needed after registration.
