Workouts
Rock on the Rower
In teams of two, your challenge will be max distance on the rower within 15 minutes. Your team will be working in a 'You Go, I Go' format, with efforts lasting 90 seconds.
Following each effort, you have to complete 10 burpee box jumps.
Score = max distance row in metres

Pillars of Hercules
This workout will have a 15 minute cap. In that time, you and your partner will be completing synchronised reps followed by a 10m Torque tank push followed by a 10m Torque tank pull.
Synchronised Reps will increase by 3 on each round. Movements are: Single arm Dumbbell Thruster & Single arm Dumbbell Snatch
Score = Synchronised Reps & Torque Tank metres completed.
Synchronised weight - Females 7.5kg - Males 12.5kg

The Gauntlet
Deadlift - Ascending Ladder (1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 ... )
After each set of Deadlifts, you have to complete a 100m Run
Females - 50kg
Males - 60kg
Score = Deadlifts completed
