Workouts
For time complete
1 person working at a time
100 Wall Ball Shots (Rx 30/20#, 10/9ft) (Scaled 14/10#, 10/9Ft)
100c AAB (92c MMF, 83c MFF, 75c FFF)
100 T2Ring (Scaled hanging knee raises from rings)
Every 2 min, 4 synchro SA alternating DB Devil Press (Rx 50/35) (Scaled 35/20)
Tie break time after AAB
At 3-2-1-Go the first partner starts with WB shots. The ball must land before the next partner can start WB shots. At 2 minutes the partners must complete 4 total devil press, alternating arms with the DB. All athletes will be lined up on the designated line before starting the DP. Once the 4 DP are completed one partner may continue where they left off in the WOD.
To maintain only one athlete working at a time - Once 100 WB shots are complete the next athlete can then get on the bike to start to accumulate calories. Once the designated calories are accumulated the next athlete can then jump up to the rings. Reps performed at the call of the two minute mark do not count, however the bike may accumulate roll-over calories while the DP work requirement is being completed.
Devil Press - starting from a standing position, the athlete drops to a burpee with chest and thighs touching the ground, after rising the athlete performs a ground to overhead with the single DB and ends with the DB directly overhead or slightly behind with arm, hips, knees fully locked out.
For a synchro DP rep to count, all partners must be at the bottom of the burpee together and all partners finished with the DB overhead in a fully locked out position. Partners must all alternate arms and use the same arm e.g. R,L,R,L.
If not synchro at the bottom then the burpee must be repeated. Not syncro at the top or wrong arm alternating pattern used then the G2O must be repeated.
Wall Ball Shots - the medicine ball starts from the ground for each athlete. The athlete must complete a full squat with hip crease below the knee and then have the middle of the ball hit above the designated target.
Air Assault Bike - The seat may be adjusted by the athletes but an athlete may not get on the bike until the last WB is completed.
Toes to Ring - athlete starts from a fully extended position and brings both toes to touch the rings at the same time. Athletes' feet must then restart behind the vertical plane on the next rep.
Hanging knee raises - from the rings starting from a fully extended position, the athlete must lift knees above the hip crease and bring feet behind the vertical plane to start the next rep.
Reps in Peace
Two Scores, one WOD
Max cal ski
Max # C&J (Rx 185/125) (scaled 125/85)
Two team members working at a time to accumulate max cal ski and max # of C&J in 9 minutes. Teams decided how to break up work over the 9 minutes. Mixed gender teams will be given dedicated male and female machines. Score 1a = total number of C&J; Score 1b total cal ski
For the Clean and Jerk:
Start each rep with the barbell on the ground. Touch and go is permitted. No bouncing or dropping and catching the barbell on the rebound. If dropped, the barbell must settle on the ground before the start of the next rep. Power cleans, squat cleans, and split cleans are permitted. Hang cleans are not allowed.
The lift must have two distinct phases: the clean and the jerk. It is NOT necessary to lock out the hips and legs to complete the clean before lifting the bar overhead.
The rep is credited when the barbell is locked out overhead, and arms, hips, and legs are extended. The bar is over or slightly behind the center of the body, with feet in line. A press, push press, push jerk, or split jerk are all permitted as long as the required finish position is achieved.
Reps must be complete before the end of the 9 min
For the Ski erg calories
Athletes must release the handles at the conclusion of the 9 min. Cal on the ski erg can rollover and will be recorded once rollover has stopped. For teams with two ski ergs. The second team member can have hands on the handles but may not start to pull until after the first athlete has released the handles.
12 rnds for time

Each partner must complete 4 total rounds, 2 in rounds 1-6 and 2 in rounds 7-12.
(e.g. Rnd 1= P1, R2=P2, R3=P3, R4=P1, R5= P2, R6= P3, etc)
Time break time after round 6
At 3-2-1-Go all athletes must be under the rig, the first athlete steps forward and completes the full round. Athletes go in a round robin fashion, each completing a round before the first partner does the next round. Each must complete two rounds during Rounds 1-6 and Rounds 7-12. The next teammate may start on the rope after tagging the previous teammate to signal the end/start of the round. Non Working teammate may flip the box if the height needs to be adjusted and return to the rig
DUs – a rep is counted when the rope passes 2xs under both feet.
SU – a rep is counted when the rope passes 1x under both feet
Crossovers – the rep counting starts at the first XO and the subsequent SU is counted. The athlete may start with SU but the (re)count will start at the XO. The pattern of SU, XO, SU, XO, SU would be a total of 4 reps.
OH Squat: A full squat snatch is permitted but not required to start the movement. The barbell may not touch any part of the body other than the hands during the overhead squat. The crease of the hip must be clearly below the top of the knees at the bottom. The rep is credited when the barbell reaches full lockout overhead, with the hips, knees, and arms fully extended, and the bar directly over, or slightly behind, the middle of the body. No squat racks allowed.
Front squat: Each set of Front Squats must begin with the Barbell on the ground. The crease of the athlete's hip must be clearly below the top of the knees at the bottom. The rep is credited when the athlete reaches the full lockout position with hips and knees fully extended. The Bar must remain in the front-rack position, including arms crossed. A squat clean is permitted. No squat racks allowed.
Box jump over - The athlete will jump on top of the box using a two-foot take-off and then jump or step off to the other side, or the athlete may jump completely over the box. If jumping over the box, the feet must go over the box, not around it, and the athlete must use a two-foot landing. No other part of the body may touch the box. You cannot angle the box and go on the corner. Lateral jumps are allowed. You do not have to lockout on top of the box.
Box step over - Both feet must touch the top of the box and you must step up and down from the box. No other part of the body may touch the box. You do not have to lockout on top of the box.
