This workout must be done by 1 teammate.
In 5 minutes find your 1RM Front Squat from the rack.
*Teammate can help you load weight. All men's scores will be recorded as 70% of their heaviest lift.
This workout must be done by 1 teammate.
FOR TIME:
15-11-7 of:
Deadlift (RX:315/205, INT:225/155, Scaled:185/125)
Bench Press (RX:165/115, INT:135/85, Scaled:95/65)
*5 Minute cap. If an athlete does not finish their score will be total reps completed in 5 minutes.
This workout must be completed by 1 teammate.
Part A: Take 2 Minutes to find your !RM Strict Press.
*This is a 2 score workout. All men's scores will be 70% of their heaviest strict press recorded in 2 minutes.
This workout must be done by the same teammate who completes Part A.
In 2:00 find your max rep Shoulder to Overhead (any way) using your 1RM Strict Press from Part A.
*Score will be total reps x load. Men's scores will be calculated using 70% of their 1RM Strict Press.
This workout must be completed by 1 teammate.
FOR TIME:
120 Wallballs (RX:30/20, INT:30/20, Scaled:20/14) 10ft/9ft target
*RX athletes must wear a 20/14 vest
5 Rounds for time
SHARE REPS ANY WAY WITH TEAMMATE:
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Shoulder to Overhead
*Every minute on the minute (starting at 0:00) BOTH partners must do 5 burpees before barbell work can begin. Scaled athletes will do 3 burpees.
*12 Minute cap
RX:185/125 and athletes must wear 20/14 vest
