Top Of The Box 2022 - Team Edition
About This Competition
Ready to bring the heat with your teammates!?
We are excited to bring you a balanced specialty-style team competition that will include true tests of mental grit, physical endurance, and pure strength... but YOU get to choose who shows off those things during each test!
All divisions will compete on Saturday, February 19th and approximately 7:30AM- 5:00PM)
Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams in each division.
Cost: $450.
Please Note:
No refunds will be issued unless the competition is cancelled. Registrations can be transferred to another team until registration for the competition is closed (approximately 4 weeks prior to the competition). If a team transfers their registration, they must contact Top of the Box staff with the name and information of the team taking over the registration.
No outside food or drinks will be permitted in the competition facility, with the exception of hydration and fuel for athletes. We have amazing sponsors for both food and hydration that will be there to show support and offer/sell their products for our athletes, coaches, trainers, and spectators.
There is ample, free parking at the competition facility. Bring your friends, family, and spectators!

Switch position every round in chronological order.
Every round switch rope used:

If one of the athletes hanging get off the bar, the athlete on the row have to stop rowing, until both the athletes are hanging again.

Snatch + Hang Snatch + OHS + Hang Snatch (any style for all snatches)
The final score is the combined weight of the two heaviest complexes hit.

Amrap 6'
For Max HSW total distance.
Every time partner 1 (doing HSW) feet touch the floor, partner 2 perform 1 round of 12 Box jump over, 8 toes to bar (knee to chest), 4 chest to bar (pull ups)
