About This Competition

The 2024 Koda Iron Games presented by WODprep are BACK! This year, we’re adding individual divisions, as well as same sex masters teams of 3. Make sure your team is ready, because signups go live on July 11th at 5:00 pm MST!

Don’t hesitate to sign up, because the first 250 athletes receive an athlete gift bundle including a pair of limited edition shoes! *STILL AVAILABLE*

Which category should I enter?

Head over to the "Divisions" tab at the top of this page to check out the recommended standards for each division.

What shoes do I get?

If you're one of the first 250 athletes to sign up, you'll receive a free pair of Strike MVMNT Haze shoes, in a limited edition colorway, courtesy of Box Basics! 

Do we need to do qualifiers?

Nope, just enter into the division that suits you best based on the standards guidance. We know that training time is valuable, and we don't want to interrupt it with having to film workouts!
