About This Competition

JJK GAMES Saturday 12th March 2022 @ JJK HQ


This will be our first ever teams of 6 competition & we will have two divisions

On game day you will compete in a mixed team of 6

(x3 females & x3 males)


If you enter as a individual or pairs we will put you in a team of 6


EVERYDAY LEAGUE 


12x teams

Movement standards / what to expect:

– Sledge Push

– Barbell Shoulder to overhead

– Farmers Carries

– Bodyweight Box Overs @ 20/24”

– Wall Balls @ 8/9FT


PRO LEAGUE 


18x teams

Movement standards / what to expect:

– Rope climbs

– Barbell Back Squats

– Farmers Carries

– Weighted Step Overs @ 20/24”

– Wall Balls @ 9/10FT

– Box Jump Overs



Prizes for the top 3 teams in each division on the day

Workouts

3 males must complete 120 calories on the ski-erg (YGIG)

3 females must complete 80 calories on the assault bike (YGIG)

In the remaining time score max weight on the following:

Either males or females = 4RM conventional deadlift

Either males or females = 1RM sumo deadlift

 

Notes:

Males and females will have separate bars

Clips must be on to score

Raise your hand when you want your judge to score you

3 males must complete 120 calories on the ski-erg (YGIG)

3 females must complete 80 calories on the assault bike (YGIG)

In the remaining time score max weight on the following complex:

1 clean + 1 front squat + 1 hang clean


Notes:

Males and females will have separate bars

Clips must be on to score

Raise your hand when you want your judge to score you



Score on total reps + calories

 

Males & females work separately

Each male must complete 750m rower

Whilst you wait – max reps rope climbs or max calories treadmill (YGIG)

Each female must complete 500m rower

Whilst you wait – max reps rope climbs or max calories treadmill (YGIG)

*You must commit to your choice of who does either rope or tread – no changing*

 

Into

Either males or females complete the following ladder:

33 back squats (30/50)

27 back squats (40/60)

21 back squats (45/70)

18 back squats (50/80)

 

Either males or females complete the following ladder:

33 push press (25/40)

27 push press (30/50)

21 push press (35/60)

18 push press (40/65)

 

Any remaining time = max rope climbs or max calories

 

Notes:

Clips must be on to score

You choose what ladder each gender does

If nobody can rope climb – 2x sit-stands = 1r

Score on total reps + calories

 

Males & females work separately

Each male must complete 750m rower

Whilst you wait – max reps rope climbs or max calories treadmill (YGIG)

Each female must complete 500m rower

Whilst you wait – max reps rope climbs or max calories treadmill (YGIG)

21 deadlifts (90/120)

18 back squats (70/110)

15 back squat (90/120)

Notes:

During whole workout – Males = Legless rope climbs

Clips must be on to score

You choose what ladder each gender does

Split group of 6 into 2 teams:

Team 1 = 1 male + 2 female / Team 2 = 2 male + 1 female (Stay in these 3’s)

 

5 rounds:

15 synchro DB hang snatches

12 synchro DB goblet forward lunges

9 calories each bike-erg

Into:

500m each bike-erg

Into 5 rounds:

15 synchro DB push press

12 synchro DB goblet squats

9 calories each bike-erg

Into:

500m each bike-erg

 

Notes:

Each team is provided with only - 1x 20kg DB / 1x 12.5kg DB / 1x 10kg DB

Rounds must be completed with the ‘you go I go’ system – 1 team works / 1 team rests

Everyone must complete bike-erg calories before next team starts

Split group of 6 into 2 teams:

Team 1 = 1 male + 2 female / Team 2 = 2 male + 1 female (Stay in these 3’s)

 

6 rounds:

15 synchro DB alt hang snatches

12 synchro DB OH forward alt lunges

9 calories each bike-erg

Into:

500m each bike-erg

Into 6 rounds:

15 synchro DB push press

12 synchro DB single arm front squats

9 calories each bike-erg

Into:

500m each bike-erg

 

Notes:

Each team is provided with only - 1x 25kg DB / 1x 20kg DB / 1x 15kg DB

Rounds must be completed with the ‘you go I go’ system – 1 team works / 1 team rests

You must alternate with hang snatches & overhead lunges

Everyone must finish bike-erg calories before next team starts
