NOTES:
- All runs are completed together. For all other movements, partners can switch out who is working at any time. Only one athlete on the pull-up bar at a time.
- For the 400m’s, if you can have a 2ft rope for both partners to hold on
to during the run, that is ideal for this event. A green band works here
as well. - For scaled divisions, there is no requirement to switch arms on the
lunges. The pull-ups can be done as strict or kipping, with any style of
grip. - For MF divisions, the nonworking athlete is in charge of being sure
they have their dumbbell(s) available to swap in at any time. These can be carried with the athlete if desired.

1:00 Rest

NOTES:
- Be sure to set the ERG monitors for 2:00 for ease of judging. This allows for no rollover calorie disputes.
- Allow only judges to set the monitors for either machine.
- Athletes can start on the machines, with hands off of the handles until “GO!”
- Any damper setting is permitted. The seat of the bike erg and the damper of both ergs may be adjusted by the athlete at any time.
