Fitness League Scotland - 2024 Finals
About This Competition
Welcome to Scotlands newest Functional Fitness competition - Fitness League Scotland!
Our vision for Fitness League Scotland is one which steps away from the traditional fitness competition format and makes a step towards creating a Functional Fitness 'season' during which participants will sign up and take part in a series of online league workouts throughout the regular season, before the top scoring teams are invited to take part in In-Person semi final and final events.
Much like the Regular Season event, Fitness League Scotland - The Finals will be a same sex pairs event. This event is open to all same sax pairs, regardless of whether they have competed in the regular season or not.
Entries are final and no refunds are available should you elect not to participate after sign up.

Workouts
6 Rounds For Time In IGYG Fashion (8min Cap)
Athlete 1 Completes Round 1
Athlete 2 Completes Round 2
Athlete 1 Completes Round 3
Athlete 2 Completes Round 4
Athlete 1 Completes Round 5
Athlete 2 Completes Round 6
Each Round Comprises of;
9 Calorie Assault Bike
6 Burpees Over The Bar
3 Clean & Jerk (45kg)
If Athletes complete all 6 rounds prior to 8 minute cap, they will rest till the 8:00 mark.
At 8:00, Event 1B will start.
Event 1B will start immediately after Event 1A.
As the clock hits 08:00, athletes will have 7 minutes to establish a max load of the following complex:
1 x Hang Clean
1 x Front Squat
1 x STOH
Score will be a combined total of each athletes best successful attempt.
For time, with a 15 minute Cap, complete the following:
50 Calorie Row
50 Toes To Bar
50 HSPU's
50 Pull Ups
50 Calorie Row
Score will be the time taken to complete the above work, or the number of total reps completed at 15:00 if not completed.
For time, with a 15 minute cap;
Complete 4 rounds of;
60 Double Unders
40 Wallballs
20 Synchro DB Snatch
Athletes can split the double unders and wall balls any way between the pair. DB Snatch to be completed in synchro.
Score will be the time taken to complete all 4 rounds of the above workload, or the total number of reps completed at 15:00.
