Raise the Roof is back for the Summer Edition, on Saturday 26th August.
Venue: St John's School
Epsom Road
Leatherhead, Surrey

Time: 8am - 5pm
Food vendors and sponsors will be on site
Mixed Teams of 4: MM|FF
Standards:
RX - 40/30kg sandbag weights; Box Jump Overs; At least 1 team member must be able to swim and 1 other not afraid to get wet. Barbell requirements, must be able to STOH 60/40kg for a few reps.
SC - 30/20kg sandbag weights; Box Step Overs; At least 1 Team member must be able to swim and 1 other not afraid to get wet. Barbell requirements, must be able to STOH 40/30kg for a few.
No qualifications, direct entry.
Entry purchases are final, no refunds will be available.
Registration deadline - 10pm on Sunday 13th August
