About This Competition

The Game Plan Slam is a friendly, fun, in house competition created to get our community involved and give back to everyone. We will source prizes from local and non local companies, we will seek sponsors from local companies looking to give back to the community themselves and in return we will advertise them frequently throughout the event. We want every single person who takes part to walk away feeling like they had an opportunity to express their capabilities and have some fun with friends!

 

- No refunds for any ticket purchases. 

- Onselling tickets if cannot make the event is permitted.

**50-59 and 60+ females can use 10lb Wall ball

8 minute time cap to complete:
10 rounds for time
3 Clean and Jerks (Loadings in rules)

RULES:

Loadings choose between:
60kg (Standard RX males)
50kg
42.5kg (standard RX females)
35kg
30kg
25kg
20kg

Weight x reps completed divided by seconds gets the score.
Higher = better.

Examples
60kg - Finishes at 7 mins score = 8.57

50kg finishes at 5.02 mins score = 9.93

40kg finishes @ 3.48 score = 10.52

60kg finishes @ 5.02 mins score = 11.92

10 rounds for time:
