Rx, Masters Rx, and Intermediate divisions.

Prizes for top 3 at each division
3 Workouts and 1 Floater WOD. WODs will be rolled out mid August
Competitors receive T-Shirt/Swag/and team sign.
Apparel vendors and food vendors will be there!
Rx and Masters: Ring/Bar Muscle Ups/Pistols/Rope Climbs/Chest to bar pullups/wall walks
Intermediate: Chin over bar pullups/Rope Climbs/ Wall Walks
Masters: 30+ (Cumulative age of 120+)

Weights can be split up between teammates any way and switched around throughout workout

Teams rotate through the following stations
Station 1: 1 Rope Climb + 40 Fat Rope Single Unders + 8 Toes to Bar (Odd Rounds) OR 3 Wall Walks (Even Rounds)
Station 2: Max Cal Row
Station 3: Rest
Once Station 1 is completed, Athlete 1 goes to rower, Athlete 2 goes to rest, Athlete 3 starts Station 1
Score 1: Total Rounds/Reps of AMRAP. Score 2: Calories Rowed
Same WOD for all levels

NOTE: It is very possible for teams to not finish the last set of snatches. Any variation of snatch is acceptable.

Max Rep Ring or Bar MU (all 3)
Explanation: All 3 work on Snatch 1 work/2 rest. For rig movements, 2 athletes perform synchro rig movements while athlete 3 Holds the barbell with the current weight (Overhead, Front Rack, and Deadlift holds)
For Time: 200/150 Cal Bike.
Floater WOD: Can be done anytime during the competition.
1 Bike per team, can split up cals in any way. No cap
