Heatwave Throwdown
About This Competition
Get ready for the Heatwave Throwdown at CrossFit HPC in Wendell, NC on Saturday, July 25 kicking off at 9:00 AM. This summer event is all about high intensity competition, good energy, and bringing the community together, with coed teams of two and youth divisions for ages 5 to 12.
With RX, Intermediate, and Scaled divisions available, teams can be any combination, coed or same sex. Athletes will take on 3 events and a floater, including a strength focused event, all designed to challenge your power, engine, and ability to perform under pressure.
There will be awesome prizes, local vendors, and a fun competitive atmosphere throughout the day. Whether you are chasing the podium or just looking to compete and have a great time, Heatwave Throwdown is where you want to be this summer. Grab your partner and come throw down.
