About This Competition

Join us on Sunday 2nd October for our mixed team Four War Throwdown! 2 males and 2 females will make up each team with a max capacity of 30 teams. There's no RX or scaled divisions, the event caters for all abilities with just a handful of minimum ability requirements per team.

The event will take place in our new 4000 sq ft CrossFit facility in Winchester. 

Accessible to all abilities, this event will comprise of 4 workouts for everyone and 1 final for the top 5 teams, with all movements you will be familiar with from your very own place of training. 

We have a fully stocked Coffee Bar serving barista fresh ground coffee, Noccos and protein bars. We will also have food vendors joining us for the day to keep you fully fueled throughout. 

All workouts and movement standards will be revealed 1 week prior to the event.

Entry is £40 per person and we are limited to just 40 teams in total, so bag your spot now!

Podium Prizes

1st - £600 Cash + The SW1 Four War Cup
2nd - £400 Cash
3rd - £200 Cash 

Minimum standards / ability 

Like we said, there's no RX or Scaled movements, but every athlete should be confident with the following movements as a minimum for the first 4 workouts*:

Running
Deadlift 100/70kg
GTOH 60/40kg
Box Jumps 24/20"
DB Movements 22.5/15kg
Kettlebell 24/16kg

*Not all team members need to be able to do every movement standard. As long as a team you can complete them all, you are fine. 

The final workout will not be released prior to the day and will entail more technical movements, including gymnastics and heavier barbell work. 

Tickets will be non refundable and any team member changes must be given to the team in writing prior to the day.
