About This Competition

CrossFit Little Egypt is hosting their second year of the CrossFit Hustle! Teams are Guy/Girl and we will have both scaled and Rx'd divisions. This year, we are capping the event at 35 teams. So get your man and lady together and sign up! Prizes, shirts and allllll the sweaty fun provided. All workouts have been programmed. We will have 3 workouts and a floater workout guranteed for everyone.

Here are the ins and out!

-1 day competition on Saturday, February 10th, 2018 in Harriburg IL -Held at CrossFit LIttle Egypt 

-1 Male and 1 Female teams in both Rxd and Scaled divisions -Everyone is guaranteed 4 workouts with the potential of a final workout for the top 4 Rxd and Scaled Teams (still debating on holding a 5th wod).

Movement Standards:

Rxd Division and Scaled Division:

Power Clean (103/155) (83/125)

Shoulder to Overhead (103/155) (83/125)

DB work (35/55) (25/45)

Overhead Squats (93/135) (73/115)

Rope Climbs (Rx'd)

Wall Climbs

Toes to Bar    Toes to Ring

Double Unders    Single Unders

Overhead Lunges (93/135)    (73/115)

Burpees, maybe over the Bar maybe not

Box Jumps (20/24 inches both)

Handstand Push Ups    Hand Release Push Ups

Chest to Bar Pull Ups    Pull Ups

Pistols    Weighted Squats w/KB

Muscle Ups (FINAL only - maybe ring, maybe bar, maybe assisted bar)



*Standard CF movements like Wall Balls, Pull Ups, C2B, Rowing, Running are all possibilities, but it would be in the final wod if we decide to offer a 5th workout for the day opposed to calculating points from your 4 wods.

Workouts

Complete a 2,000 meter Row *While one person is rowing, the other person must be holding a barbell in the Front Rack position. If the person drops the bar, the rower must stop. The row can be split however. Before the rower begins, their partner must have have the Barbell in the Front Rack position. Switch as needed. Weight is the same for both girls and guys. Your partner can clean the bar for you and assist in getting the bar in the front rack position for you if needed. 105lbs - Scaled weight 135lbs - Rx'd weight

Rx'd 3 Rounds for time 30 WallBalls (14/20 - 9/10ft) 30 Dumbbell Box Step Ups (35/55) 30 Alternating DB Snatch (35/55) 30 Toes to Bar Scaled 3 Rounds for time 30 WallBalls (10/14 - 9/10ft) 30 Dumbbell Box Step Ups (25/45) 30 Alternating DB Snatch (25/45) 30 Knee Raises (above parallel) **For both rxd and scaled, box step ups will be to a 20in box. Both ladies and gents.

Rx'd and Scaled - Baby Got Back Score is for time or total reps before time cap. Time cap will be announced soon for all workouts. At the end of the time cap, you and your partner have 7 minutes total to establish your 3 RM Front Squat each. One person working at a time. From the ground. The faster you get through the first part, the more rest you get before you start your 3RM. This will be scored in 2 parts. Rx'd: 60 Overhead Squats (63/95) 60 Thrusters (63/95) 75 Double Unders 40 Overhead Squats (83/125) 40 Thrusters (83/125) 75 Double Unders 20 Overhead Squats (93/135) 20 Thrusters (93/135) Scaled weight progression: (45/75) (65/95) (75/115) You can choose to do Double Unders or Singles for scaled only. If you do singles it will be 150 each set instead of 75 Doubles. Whatever you choose from the beginning is what you will stick with. Both partners have to do either all doubles or all singles.
