About This Competition

RX categories- FEMALE 3s + MALE 3s
SUNDAY 23rd APRIL
EACH team will receive a team name board, to remember the day.
Come join silverback series vol 2, the incredible Logun DJ playing live on both days and MC Dan Wagmax to create another awesome atmosphere.
Each team guaranteed 4 challenging workouts testing a variety of skill sets and strategies as a team to overcome. Battle it out with your team of 3 to earn them podium spots and win yourself a share of the CASH PRIZE POT
MOVEMENT STANDARDS
RX
This is a category for athletes who usually complete the CrossFit Open as RX
- Barbell movements / db movements:
- Snatch / Clean Jerk/ Squat for reps (30kg/42.5kg)
- Deadlift for reps (70kg/100kg)
- All db movements for reps (15kgs/ 22.5kgs)
- Able to use a 6/9kg wallball.
Gymnastic movements
- all team members be able to perform double unders, toes to bar, pull ups and chest to bars
- Teams to be confident working in synchro for a variety of different movements/ exercises.
- At least one team member to be able to perform a bar or ring muscle up.
- At least one team member to have handstand walks.
- One team member to have strict hspu to a flat surface (open standard)
- If you are someone that struggles to link sets of toes to bar, pull ups or double unders we encourage you to enter the scaled category.
- All team members to have wall walks to open standard.

5-10 mins: Each athlete finds a 1 rep max snatch
10-15 mins: 1000m Row
Your score on R.L.R A- will be your two row scores combined.

Your score on R.L.R B- will be each athletes heaviest successful lift combined. To find your total in kgs
For time- 14 Min CAP
100 Double unders
100 Deadlifts (70kg)
80 Double unders
80 Front rack lunges (45kg)
60 Double unders
60 Synchro C2B (2 athletes working)
40 Double unders
40 Hang power snatches (30kg)
20 Double unders
20 Bar muscle ups
(During every set of DU the barbell must held up in a deadlift position and remain up until the required amount are completed. If at any point the barbell is not held up the DU will not be counted.)
You score will be the time taken to complete the workout, if you do not finish within the time cap then each rep left will be added on as a second to your time.

16 Calorie bike
40 front squats
Athlete B:
24 calorie bike
30 shoulder to overhead
Athlete C:
32 calorie bike
20 thrusters
Part A- score will be the total amount of weight combined from each athletes barbell. Each athlete must decide the weight they wish to use for the workout once on the bar it cannot be changed.
Each athlete completes their full amount of work before the next athlete can then begin.

Part B- score will be the time taken for your team to complete the workout. Any reps not completed at the 9 min mark will result in a extra second added for every rep not completed.
