About This Competition
THE CREW IN HOUSE COMP IS BACK!
Get ready for a day full of sweaty competition!
We have two divisions female and male, catering to all our fitness levels.
Teams of 3 MMM or FFF
Each team must have atleast one member from the gym.
Please note once you have registered there is a strict NO refund policy, you may swap mebers out for someone else if one of your team mates can no longer attend due to injury or illness.
Workouts will be released a couple of weeks before the comp so that all teams have time to learn the work out.
Your team is responsible for knowing the work out and your heat schedule.

Workouts
Teams need to complete a ski target in the time given, fastest team wins!
For the duration of the workout the team must keep a barbbell of the floor. If it is dropped at any point all 3 memebers must stop what they are doing and do 5 syncro burpees.
Distance and Time cap to be annouced at a later date.
