Join us for the CFL End of Summer Throwdown at CrossFit Lehi on Saturday, August 31, 2024.

This is an individual competition event

💪 Challenging workouts designed to test your CrossFit skills

There will be RX, intermediate, and Scaled Divisions


PRICE: $85 (plus processing fees)

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: The first 12 registered athletes pay $75 (plus processing fees).


Refund policy: Refunds will be issued (less processing fees) for cancelation requests by email by August 28, 2024—no refunds after that date.

Division Standards:

RX:

Toes to bar, handstand walk (15’ unbroken), back squat 225(M)/155(F) + for reps

Intermediate:

Toes to bar, handstand walk (5’ unbroken), back squat 185(M)/125(F) + for reps

Scaled:

Leg raises, back squat 135(M)/95(F) + for reps

Division Standard Details-
Rx = 15’ in 5’ unbroken sections
Intermediate = 1’ unbroken HS walk per round
Scaled = 15’ bear crawl to box, 15’ bear crawl back, leg raises, may step up and over the box
